After spending five years as a mortgage loan officer and going to law school, Valerie is well versed with a deep understanding of all aspects of the real estate transaction. She can explain each and every step in detail to either a cautious seller who may not have sold a house in 25 years or to an excited first time homebuyer.
Her past clients can tell you that Valerie is a ball of energy who genuinely cares about her clients. She isn't just out to "make the deal happen." She is very straightforward and honest with you in helping you make the decisions that are best for the financial future of you and your family. You will undoubtedly value her friendship by the time of closing (and beyond!).
Selling a Home - You need a listing agent with an eye for detail and style who can set you up to get the best outcome for you and your family. Your listing agent must explain pricing since it can make or break the sale of your home. You need a full service agent like Valerie who sets the expectations upfront so that there are no surprises.
Buying a Home - It's imperative in this historic market that buyers understand exactly what they need to do to prepare to go house hunting. You must understand the urgency that you will feel during the search. With Valerie by your side, you will go into the purchase of your new home understanding every step of the process, while having reasonable expectations during the inspection process and the due diligence repairs.
Valerie and her husband, Joe, relocated to eastern Wake County and opened their own boutique real estate firm in Wendell after living many years ITB. She was born in Greenville, NC (ECU is in her blood), was a boarding student at Saint Mary's, and is a die-hard Gamecock (undergrad & grad school). When she is not "realtoring," she spends a lot of her time in the stands cheering on her kids on both of the Corinth Holders High School Varsity basketball teams. When not in the gym, she is performing her duties as the President of the Wendell Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Town of Wendell Economic Development Committee, and a member of the Wendell Falls Advisory Board. Always finding time for her committee positions at Wendell United Methodist Church.
She is married to Joe DeLoach (a fellow Greenville native) who is her constant partner in crime and her biggest supporter. They have four lovable teenagers and two gorgeous golden retrievers. She may have a lot on her plate, but her family is her number one hobby and her "WHY" in her successful career.
I love my job.
I am good at what I do.
You can trust me to take care of you!
